About
The Launchpad is a shorter version of the More To Life Weekend course developed to facilitate leaders with many commitments who still want an experience of this work. It offers many of the skills, tools, and insights of the More To Life Weekend course, however some aspects are given less emphasis due to the time constraints. At the core of these learnings is working with the unexpected moments and unwanted curve balls that come our way. We call these moments "lifeshocks".
These lifeshocks require us to respond in new ways every day but our ‘natural’ response is limited by habitual patterns of behavior that we have developed over time. These include judging and criticizing ourselves and others, making accusations and demands about how everything 'should be’ or ‘shouldn’t be’, hide our insecurity by winning at all costs, having to be in control, always be right or pretend to have it all together, or we simply give up, play small, and don't take any risks
Regardless of the mask we wear for the external world, our internal world can feel unfulfilled, disconnected from the best within us, and even from those we love most in the world. Our longing to know that we matter and that that we make a difference somehow remains elusive and unresolved. However, there is a way out of this entanglement.
During The Launchpad course, we examine the relationship between mind, body and spirit, and the way our habitual beliefs and unconscious fears conspire to stop us from becoming our most authentic and creative selves.
Together we discover:
- Who we are and who we are not
- How to recognize previously unnoticed beliefs that make our lives unnecessarily hard
- Clarity of mind and purpose
- How to release the inner chains that hold us back
- Healing the accumulated hurts
- Reconnecting with who and what matters to us
- Plucking hope from hopelessness
- Techniques to being MORE, not doing more
- Learning to love and be loved
You will learn a series of reality-based pragmatic tools that can be put into practice immediately to create our life as we really want it to be and be More of the person we really are. This exceptional tool-kit for bold, vibrant living is the means to a greater end. This is the ‘more’ we offer. More connection. More power. More wonder.
